THE 7TH SLOVENIAN CONFERENCE ON PLANT PROTECTION
CONFERENCE PROGRAM
The Conference will take place in Zreče in Hotel Dobrava from Tuesday, 8 March, beginning at 9 a.m., until Thursday, 10 March 2005 in the afternoon. Scientific and professional contributions will be presented as 30 minutes invited lectures, short 15 minutes papers and posters. The organiser reserves the right to change the proposed way of presentation.
The program of the Conference will cover all lines of plant protection. Individual presentations will be classified according to adequate thematic groups.
Slovenian and English
Deadline for abstracts of papers is 20 December 2004. They should be written in Slovenian and English language and consist of 300 words at the most. Abstracts should be sent in printed form and on diskettes (MS Word) on the address of the organiser.
Reviewed and presented scientific and professional papers will be published in the Proceedings of Papers of the 7th Slovenian Conference on Plant Protection. The complete text of the papers of a volume not exceeding 6 pages, with Slovenian and English (German) abstract shall be submitted by the participants at the Conference or shall be sent to organiser by the end of March 2005 (detailed instructions for the preparation will be published in the 2nd announcement).
§ Registrations with titles of papers will be accepted until 1 December 2004,
§ Abstracts of papers will be accepted until 20 December 2004,
§ Papers ready for publication have to be submitted at the Conference or until 31 March 2005 at the latest.

(includes 1 issue of Proceedings, 1 official dinner, coffee break meals and drinks for three days)
90 EUR (daily registration fee)
(includes 1 issue of Proceedings, coffee break meals and drinks for one day)
Students are exempted from payment of registration fee.
Payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Slovenian Plant Protection Society, Jamnikarjeva 101, 1000 Ljubljana, IBAN: SI56060000118897661 (BIC/SWIFT:SBCESI2X) at beneficiary bank Banka Celje d.d., Trdinova 4, 1000 Ljubljana. On payment document the name of the participant and reference “for SPP Conference” is obligatory. Payment is also possible at the registration.
Will be sent in the second half of January 2005 and will contain among other things the following information:
§ Instructions for the preparation of papers for publication in the Proceedings of the Conference,
§ Instructions for the preparation of posters,
§ Program of the Conference,
Additional information concerning hotel reservation and other general information.
